O meu hotel é o Boa Vista, sim.

In conversational Portuguese you'll rarely hear the o & a as in o meu hotel.... Brazilians often ignore this "formality" or simply swallow it (say it quickly) and you rarely will hear it. I recommend you include it as much as possible, but it's good to know that if you forget it, few will ever notice 😉

É bom?
Sim.
É muito bom.
Onde é?
Fica aqui em Copacabana.

Things that are close-to, far-from etc are always perto+de, longe+de etc ==> literally: close OF, far OF etc.

Não é longe, é perto.
