# Learn Portuguese Videos

Semantica’s core Brazilian Portuguese program uses video stories structured like continuing novelas. The library includes more than 300 Portuguese-learning videos and organizes stories across beginner, intermediate, and advanced categories.

## Lesson experience

Each lesson can include a story chapter, grammar explanations, pronunciation training, vocabulary presentation, interactive quizzes, and speaking practice. Dialogues are supported by breakdown videos, grammar training, and the Training Module.

## Learning approach

Stories gradually build grammar and vocabulary as the plot unfolds. Learners can study at any level and revisit material as needed. Video, on-screen text, repetition, and contextual examples help explain what is being said, why it is said, and how to use it.

## Story library

The current public library includes stories and series such as Amor Passageiro, O Prequel, O Retorno, Eduardo e Monica, O Encontro: the Remake, Street Dialogs, A Virada, Advanced Dialogs, Músicas, and O Encontro. The stories span beginner through advanced study, with some series serving more than one level.

## What happens in a lesson

Learners watch a chapter, then can work through grammar breakdowns and explanations, pronunciation training, vocabulary presentation, and an optional quiz. Playback pauses at selected moments to explain the dialogue, grammar, and meaning. Checkpoints and repeated listening help learners return to important language and develop an ear for Brazilian Portuguese.
